Lifelong Passion for Education
Jennifer Faddis has deep roots in the Bentonville community. A former Bulldog national champion, Jennifer grew up in nearby Springdale, where her mother worked at Tyson and Cargill. Driven by a passion for public education, Jennifer is now dedicated to giving back to the students who need it most. As a school board candidate, Jennifer is committed to serving the families of Bentonville’s poorest schools, ensuring all children have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.


Committed to the Community
Jennifer’s commitment to education extends beyond the classroom. She has served on the Springdale Board of Education, where she advocated for innovative learning initiatives and strengthened community partnerships. Additionally, Jennifer has volunteered with a local Catholic charity, providing literacy education and mentorship to underserved youth. These experiences have further fueled her desire to be a voice for Bentonville’s students and families.
Firsthand Knowledge of Student Challenges
As a dedicated mentor in the school youth program, Jennifer has firsthand knowledge of the challenges facing today’s students. She understands the importance of providing a well-rounded education that prepares young people for success in both college and career. With her proven track record of leadership and her deep roots in the community, Jennifer is uniquely qualified to serve on the Bentonville School Board and drive transformative change for the district.


A Veteran Advocate for Bentonville Schools
Jennifer Faddis joined the Bentonville Schools Board of Education in 2011, bringing over a decade of experience serving the district in various volunteer roles. As a parent of five children in the district, Jennifer is well-equipped to share insights with the board on supporting parents and teachers. In addition to her public service, Jennifer is a licensed professional counselor at Still Waters Family Counseling. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Ouachita Baptist University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas.
Personal Pursuits and Accomplishments
In her personal life, Jennifer Faddis cherishes the time she spends with her husband and children. An avid hiker, Jennifer finds solace in connecting with nature and challenging herself physically. She has even completed the prestigious Boston Marathon, showcasing her commitment to personal growth and achievement.
